4pm charity concert for The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association

Put on your flares and platform shoes to join us to sing some of the greatest songs from the 70s!

We’ve got a great selection of timeless songs by Abba and the Carpenters to enjoy (flares and platform shoes optional!) We learn all the songs, which are in unison and 2-part harmony, during the day and put on an informal charity concert at the end for family and friends.

This is expected to be a popular workshop - don't miss out, book your place today!

The fee for the workshop is £24, which includes refreshments throughout the day, as well as the words to all the songs. The sheet music for the harmony songs can be purchased from the choir leader on the day. Please bring a packed lunch with you.

Whether you have sung with VivaVoices before or this is your first time singing in a group, a warm welcome awaits as you join us to be part of a large choir, meet like-minded people and have fun singing uplifting songs in unison and two-part harmony. There is also the opportunity to sing a solo or duet during the concert, though this must be arranged with us beforehand.

The workshop takes place at All Saints Church, Park Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 3QW (see map). Rehearsing from 10.30am, with regular breaks throughout the day, the event will culminate in a charity concert performance at 4.00pm, finishing around 4.45pm. There is a car park at the church, with additional unrestricted parking available in the nearby streets.
